They actually made two arrests prior to this one, and they claim that they are connected. During those previous arrests, they found two and a half kilos of heroin. With all of these undercover buys, agents say these individuals are connected to about four kilos of heroin. Now, while that is a significant amount of drugs, agents have told me that these individuals are considered mid-level dealers. These drugs have been moving across states and even across countries.
